Krisztina's & Sean' Take MFW & PFW.
We have always been proud of the fact that we haven’t been to any form of fashion school. What we may lack in technical knowledge at the moment, we try to make up for with creativity. To equip us with as much knowledge to fuel this creativity, our founders took a couple of ‘field trips’ across the pond into Europe.
After having done our first fashion presentation of the year at London Fashion Week Feb 2024, Sean and Krisztina visited the Milan and Paris Fashion Weeks for research and networking.
We visited trade shows like the White Show in Milan and the Premiere Class Show in Paris. Building some very good connections and finding some solutions for future plans such as the accessories in Drop 3.
Paris was particularly inspiring for the our founders as they not only witnessed some beautiful shows such as the Feng Cheng show (above) but also touring Paris (as this was Sean’s first time in France). This trip served as a great inspiration for upcoming Nominal Collections. Fostering plenty of opportunities for collaboration we had a chance encounter with self-taught Cameroonian Artist & Dancer Enfant Precoce at his exhibition. His art connected with us as a self-taught artist within his own medium, he’s developed a form of self expression that transcends what can be put in words. Not to mention his expressive & creative personal style.
